There is, of course, the obvious passport picture, but they can also be used on social media, business websites, for societies and hobbies; to be framed in your home, or given as a fantastic way to mark celebrations and transitions into a new phase of life.

From the moment they call me, your recipient will be made to feel special. If you have booked hair or make up I will arrange their appointments to seamlessly follow on to my studio. I will teach them how to look good in front of my camera and will look for their best angles. We will constantly be reviewing their images together on my computer – which is connected to my camera. My aim will be to make them look confident and approachable, and to allow their personality to shine through into their pictures. I like to think it is my speciality to put my clients at ease, and that they will walk away from me feeling quite pleased with themselves, perhaps even walking an inch taller than before…

Gift vouchers are personalised
If you are able to send me a picture of your recipient, I can insert it onto your voucher. Let me know the occasion – if any – that they are celebrating, and any special words that you would like to include – space allowing – and I will be pleased to add those too. After I have received payment, I will design your voucher and send it via email, for you to present to your recipient. See some example vouchers pictured below…
Terms and conditions of booking
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, the voucher recipient needs to change a scheduled session, I require 72 hours notice, otherwise the full voucher price will be forfeited and the gift voucher nullified. If I am able to fill the slot with another client within the 72 hour period, I will credit your recipient with a rescheduled session. Where are you based?
My studio is in West London at White City in Shepherds Bush
It is easily accessible via public transport – trains, tubes and buses. Charged parking is also available. Full directions and a map will be provided for you to pass on with the gift voucher. More details are on my contact page.
How should they prepare for their photoshoot?
I will send you an information sheet to deliver with the headshot voucher

Where will they go for hair & make-up?
I have some good connections…
I can arrange for your recipient to visit one of a couple of local salons with whom I’ve established a good working relationship.
If you would like more privacy, I can arrange a make-up artist at the studio, and depending on where your recipient lives, sometimes at their home.
Will you change how they look in photoshop?
I adopt the ‘less is more’ approach to retouching images
I will enhance what is good about them and will fix any blemishes to make them look their best. However, I won’t be making changes to the way they look because I think it’s important that they look like themselves.
Do you provide a framing service
Yes I do
I can have your images mounted and framed with high-quality materials which I have carefully selected to offer the very best presentation. There are numerous options to choose from, and I have samples at my studio. They range from:
- traditional framing, with a beautiful choice of carefully designed complimentary mounts, which offer perfect symmetry to a range of surrounds. The overall effect they give is neither overpowering nor understated
- modern aluminium wall hangings which are vibrant and sit proud from the wall, creating an eye-catching feature for any room
- glacier blocks which feel special and are a contemporary take on the traditional desk frame. They are 3cm thick, and your image is welded onto the back, giving it a unique prism effect. The high-gloss acrylic finish is suitable for a desk or shelf.
